Tahini Dill Dressing
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
3/4 oz. dates (3 dates)
1 Tablespoon dry dill
1/4 cup tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1/4 cup lemon juice

Mix in blender.

KALE IN THE PRESSURE COOKER
Combine 10 oz. kale with 1/2 cup of water in the pressure cooker. Set for 4 minutes and hit the start button. After the 4 minutes, release the pressure. Then serve and enjoy.
